TruMeas, LLC's total liability under this agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client under the relevant project. The Client agrees to indemnify TruMeas, LLC against any claims arising from misuse of the deliverables.
Liability for our services is limited to the fees paid for those services.
New instrument qualification and acceptance will follow our standard guidelines, unless otherwise agreed to in writing at the time of purchase.
Any disputes arising from this agreement shall first be addressed through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to mediation or arbitration in [Jurisdiction].
The Company is not liable for failure to perform services due to events beyond its control, including natural disasters, labor strikes, or equipment failure.
